A SPACE FOR LEARNING & UNDERSTANDING
01
Who is it for?
You may be discovering mediation for the first time, working with people in education or community life, or already practising mediation and interested in another approach. You are welcome to begin with curiosity and a willingness to reflect.
02
What does the course introduce?
The course offers an introduction to how mediation works, the mediator’s way of thinking and the principles of New Partnership. It invites you to consider how listening, understanding needs and thinking about the future can change a conversation.
The purpose is to help you become familiar with the approach and begin noticing opportunities to use what you learn in daily life.
03
What kind of course is this?
This is an introductory course of 10 online lessons. It does not by itself qualify you to work as a professional mediator or certify you to train others. It can be a meaningful first encounter with a field you may wish to explore over time.
04
Many languages and a shared starting point
My vision is to translate the course into as many languages as possible. People can then explore the same ideas in the language that helps them learn. Translated versions use a digital avatar of Nadav to present the lessons.
05
Let the learning continue in daily life
As you learn, notice a conversation you could approach with more curiosity. Try listening for what matters to the other person. Share an idea in your own words and reflect on what happens. Learning gains meaning through thoughtful practice.
