Mediation School – Nishri Mediators

The Mediation School with the “New Partnership” Method

The Mediation School of Nishri Mediators brings together all the knowledge and tools accumulated over thousands of hours of family mediation and civil and business mediation, and turns them into practical, realistic training programs. Here you learn mediation not only as a theory, but as a way of thinking and a concrete professional tool.

All courses are based on the New Partnership method, integrating legal realities, emotions and the future you want to build – whether you work with divorcing parents, business partners or family conflicts across borders.

The model: the “New Partnership” mediation method

All our training is rooted in the New Partnership mediation method – a structured, future-oriented approach that focuses on rebuilding cooperation between the parties, even when conflict is intense: in couple relationships, parenting, business and the extended family.

The method combines three dimensions: emotional reality, legal reality and the question “how do we want things to look from now on?”. The goal is not just to sign an agreement, but to create a sustainable, long-term reality – as in our family mediation and business mediation practice.
