Nadav Nishri is a mediator specializing in business mediation and divorce mediation, expert in transformative mediation and author of “To Divorce in Peace – The Guide for Divorce Mediation” (Steimatzky) and “New Partnership” (Kinneret-Zmora-Dvir). Since he began working as a mediator, Nadav settled consensual business and divorce mediations in hundreds of processes. In addition to being a mediator, Nadav manages the practical mediation school and trains new mediators in various areas of mediation.

Education  

Masters’ degree in Conflict Resolution (Bar-Ilan University), Bachelor’s degree in Law (L.L.B), graduate of an extended professional mediation course at the 'Home for Mediation and Conflict Resolution', graduate of a Guiding Couples Through Separation Processes course by Prof. Claire Rabin, member of the Israel Mediators Organization and the Israeli Chamber of Mediators, graduate of a Professional Coaching course (Gome), graduate of a Divorce by Cooperation course.

Nadav Nishri lectures about general mediation and divorce mediation and leads a practicum (practical training) for business and civil mediation as well as for divorce mediation. Among other things, Nadva Nishri provides comprehensive, professional courses and workshops. Within the courses he provides, Nadav acts to raise the academic standard of the profession and to include practical work experience. Other than training courses for mediators and negotiators, Nadav provides open courses about Cooperative Negotiations. In these courses, Nadav teaches how to 'enlarge the cake' rather than simply divide it and how to transform your opponent to a partner in solving a problem.
